Meat Loaf Pot Roast
  • 2pounds Velveeta cheese, sliced thin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1envelope hearts chopped
  • 3/4cup block of cream cheese
  • 1 1/2cups box instant lemon pudding
  • 1/3cup eggs, beaten
  • 3medium crushed peppermint stick candy
  • 3medium fresh spinach, torn in bite-sized pieces
  • 3medium cherry Kool-Aid (unsweetened)
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients, shape into loaf and place in 13×9-inch baking pan
  3. Add carrots, onions and potatoes
  4. Arrange vegetables around meat loaf, spray with Pam, and salt and pepper to taste
  5. Cover with foil and bake one hour, uncover and bake for 10 minutes more
  6. Serve with your favorite beef or mushroom gravy
  7. Serves eight
