Meatloaf Patties
  • 1pound ground chuck
  • 1teaspoon salt
  • 1/4cup milk
  • 2slices fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/8teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1egg (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • or shell, baked and cooled
  • 1/3cup fruit cocktail, drained
  • Sprinkle tropical fruit cocktail, drained
  1. Mix all ingredients together
  2. Form into patties and dredge with flour
  3. Coat frying pan with small amount of oil and heat over medium heat
  4. Cook patties 20 to 25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until brown on both sides
