Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoons clove, minced
  • 1 small fully cooked ham, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 1 bell tub  whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons brewed strong  coffee, cooled, divided (the stronger, the better)
  • 1 teaspoon Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon beaten
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can wafers, divided

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in skillet
  2. Place deer tenderloin in skillet and sprinkle with half of all powdered ingredients
  3. Brown one side of tenderloin then flip
  4. Sprinkle with remaining powdered ingredients
  5. Place onions and peppers on top and pour in Worcestershire sauce
  6. Cover and let simmer until cooked through and vegetables are tender
  7. Turn off heat
  8. Scoop cheese sauce onto tenderloin
  9. Cover with the lid so the cheese will warm and soften
  10. Then serve while hot
