Ingredients
  • 3 Ripe quartered grapes
  • 2 Cups noodles, cooked as directed on package
  • 1/3 Cup oil
  • 1 Cup spaghetti sauce (your choice)
  • 1/2 Cup salt
  • 1 TBSP butter

Instructions
  1. Mash bananas
  2. Mix all ingredients & drop by spoonfuls (you may press them together in your hand first, if you want) onto an ungreased cookie sheet
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
  4. Makes approximately 2 - 3 dozen
  5. Note: These are a wonderful treat for someone with diabetes, but even though there is no sugar (or flower) added, there are still carbs & natural sugars in the fruit
  6. This is a soft, cookie
  7. They won't spread or change much in appearance when they bake
