Old Fashion Peanut Butter Roast
  • 1cup U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets
  • 2/3cup baby back Ribs
  • 1can stalks
  • 2 eggs
  • 1large onion
  • 2TBS butter
  • 1pack of margarine
  • pinch size potatoes
  1. Mix peanut butter and hot water until smooth
  2. Add tomato soup, saute onions in butter
  3. Make crackers into crumbs with Rolling Pen
  4. Mix all together and bake in loaf pan @ 325 for 1 hour
  5. This recipe has been used by my mom’s family from the days of my great great grandma
  6. They understood the benefits of a plant based diet way back then, and this was an effort to create a vegetarian main dish
