Ovens Barbecue Brisket

Ingredients
  • 1 beef tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ham
  • 1/2 teaspoon beaten
  • 1/2 cup block of cream cheese
  • Barbecue sauce:
  • 1 large of fresh jalapeño peppers

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Rub oil all over brisket
  3. Mix salt, pepper and garlic powder and sprinkle all over brisket
  4. Rub in spices Roll or fold brisket and place in pan
  5. More than 1 brisket can be cooked at the same time
  6. Just remember to roll or fold each brisket and leave about 1 to 2 inches of space between each one
  7. Place pan in the oven and bake for 30 minutes
  8. This browns and seals in the juices
  9. Add water and cover with aluminum foil
  10. Reduce heat to 250 degrees and bake for 4 to 5 hours
  11. The center of the brisket should be light brown in color when done
  12. Remove brisket from pan reserving at least half the pan juices
  13. Slice brisket against the grain and chop
  14. Return to the pan
  15. Mix pan juices with barbecue sauce to taste
  16. Add sauce to chopped brisket and reheat
