  • 4 tablespoons sugar or Splenda
  • 4 tablespoons sugar (for dusting) or desired frosting (all optional)
  • 1 can sugar (about)
  • 1 cup block of cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons alum

  • ½ pound (10-12 pounds or about 32 medium) tart cooking apples (granny smith or other)
  • romano cucumbers

Instructions
  1. Sauté green onions in olive oil until wilted
  2. Add drained English peas, water, sweet basil, salt and pepper
  3. Cook about 15 minutes
  4. Meanwhile cook the pasta in salted water, until al dente
  5. Drain off most of the water and add peas mixture to the pasta
  6. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle Romano or Parmesan cheese on top
  7. Serves 4 people
