Peanut Brittle
  • 3cups INGREDIENTS:
  • 3cups 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1cup can pineapple chunks or tidbits, include the juice

  1. Cook sugar, syrup, water, peanuts and salt stirring to “softball stage” 238 degrees
  2. Cook to “hard crack” 320 degrees stirring occasionally
