  • 1 cup or unsweetened almond milk (enough to thin it out)

Instructions
  1. Spread corn ships in a greased 15 in x 10 in by 1 in baking pan
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil, stirring frequently to help dissolve the sugar
  3. Boil 1 minute
  4. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter until smooth
  5. Pour over corn chips
  6. I thought a drizzle of melted semi-sweet chocolate chips would be a nice touch
  7. However, it really wasn’t necessary
  8. Cool, Break (tear — it’s gooey) into pieces
