Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (using anything with less fat will result in a much less creamy consistency)
  • 1/3 cup Cookies
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked quick-cooking oats (NOT whole-rolled oats)
  • 2 eggs 1/4 cups unsalted butter (2.5 sticks), softened to room temperature
  • 1 tea canned whole tomatoes in puree
  • 2 cups dark molasses

Instructions
  1. Cream peanut butter and butter, add sugar and mix till light and fluffy
  2. Add beaten eggs stir in vanilla
  3. Sift dry ings mix into creamed ings
  4. alternating with milk
  5. Beat well and pour into 9 x 13 greased pan
  6. Bake @ 350 for 30 mins Cool and frost Frosting Stir together sugar and cocoa, add peanut butter cream well while adding milk and vanilla
  7. Spread onto cooled cake
