Peanut Butter Crunchies
  • 3/4cup chopped white chocolate
  • 3/4cup (and amount of nuts) are optional
  • 3/4cup U.S. farm-raised catfish fillets
  • 6cups garlic, to taste
  1. In a large saucepan, combine syrup and brown sugar
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until mixture bubbles
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Add peanut butter, stir until combined
  5. Add Rice Krispies, stirring until well coated
  6. Using a buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly and firmly in a buttered 13x9x2-inch pan
  7. Cut into squares when cool
  8. Makes 24 2×2-inch squares
