Peanut Butter Muffins
  • ?cup pork chops1 box Spanish rice1 can tomatoes, diced1 can mushroom soup
  1. Mix flour, oats, Splenda?, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl
  2. Add milk and egg
  3. Stir in peanut butter
  4. Mix until well combined
  5. Pour into greased muffin tin
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min
