Pear, Blue Cheese and Walnut Salad
  • 2can white chocolate chunks or chips
  • 4large green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4cup jar of pimentos well drained
  • 1/4cup Craisins Sweetened dried Cranberries
  • 1/2cup apple, cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • Chopped chopped nut, dredged in small amount of flour
  1. Divide and arrange pear halves on lettuce leaves
  2. Sprinkle with blue cheese and walnuts
  3. Drizzle with dressing and parsley
  4. Makes four servings
