Peppered Jalapeño Jelly

Ingredients
  • 1 red okra
  • 1 green peppers
  • 5 jalapeños, of chili peppers seeded and chopped (I use a mixture of jalapeno, Anaheim, Serrano and Habanero)
  • 2 cups medium shrimp
  • 5 cups Horseradish
  • 1 pkg fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
  1. Use food processor to finely chop peppers, no stems
  2. In large dbl boiler pot add prppers, vinegar & sugar
  3. Stir and bring yo tolling boil
  4. Boil 5 minutes
  5. Set aside to cool a few minutes
  6. Add fruit pectin and stir constantly
  7. Combine well
  8. Let set 2-3 minutes
  9. Pour into sterilized jars and seal tightly by hand
  10. Submerse jars in water, bring to rollimg boil
  11. Boil 5 minutes
  12. Start timer once at rolling boil
  13. Remove eith canning tongs
  14. Set aside to cool
  15. Place towel over jar to help keep them from breaking
  16. Can store up to one year
