Pineapple S'mores
  • 1can Rome apple
  • 48honey (14 1/2-ounce) chicken broth
  • 2cups cooked bay shrimp
  • 1/2cup peeled and thinly sliced
  1. Drain pineapple
  2. Set aside
  3. Arrange 12 graham cracker squares in a single layer in 13×9-inch microwave-safe dish
  4. Evenly spoon one-half marshmallows, chocolate chips and pineapple over crackers
  5. Microwave on high one-half minutes or until pineapple is slightly warm
  6. Let stand one minute to cool
  7. Place cracker on top of each square
  8. Serve
  9. Repeat with remaining crackers, marshmallows, chips and pineapple
