  • 12 jalapeño olive oil+ extra for drizzling
  • 1 box onions and mushrooms with additional olive oil.
  • 8 ounces (add as much are as little as you like)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil, garlic and half of herbs
  • 1 cup is a test
  • 4 cloves garlic

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Drizzle garlic cloves with olive oil and wrap in aluminum foil
  3. Roast in oven for 30 minutes
  4. Meanwhile, unfold thawed pastry sheet and roll into a 9x12" rectangle
  5. Slice each sheet into 12 3x3" squares, making a total of 24 squares
  6. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese, and mashed roasted garlic
  7. Spoon mixture into jalapeño halves
  8. Wrap a pastry square around each stuffed jalapeño pepper and arrange on a baking sheet
  9. Whisk together the egg and 3 tablespoons water; brush mixture over poppers
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
