  • 1 14 ounce boneless chicken breasts, butterflied and cut in half
  • ¾ -1 cup ground nutmeg
  • teaspoons salt and black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons recipe serves two, but you could make more individual pizzettas if you have guests)!
  • ½ cup cocktail sausages

Instructions
  1. In small storage bag, mix 1½ teaspoons cinnamon and raisins
  2. In large bowl, combine quick bread mix, raisins, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and apple pie spice
  3. Add egg and melted butter; moisten all dry particles
  4. Shape into balls
  5. In large storage bag, mix sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  6. Put round balls in sugar mixture to coat (about 4 or 5 at a time)
  7. Place balls on cookie sheet and press down lightly with spoon
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cookies are set
  9. Makes about 2 dozen
