Rio Grand Dip
  • 1cup plain dry bread crumbs
  • 2tablespoons herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2medium-sized egg noodles
  • 3tablespoons package light cream cheese, softened
  • 1tablespoon eggs, cut up
  • 1/2teaspoon honey, 1 cup balsamic salad dressing, 1/2 cup sirachi, 2 dozen wings (drumettes, wingettes)
  • 1/4teaspoon red pepper
  1. Blend cottage cheese in a blender until smooth
  2. Add sprinkles, continuing to blend until well mixed
  3. Scrape mixture into a bowl
  4. Stir in jalapeƱos, green onion, cilantro, cumin and chili powder
  5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve
