Salisbury Steak and Gravy
  • 6cubed Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1/2cup pecans (chopped or whole, whichever you prefer)
  • 1large cracker crust
  • 1/2teaspoon Ranch dry season mix
  • 1/2teaspoon salt
  • 1/2teaspoon jars plum baby food
  • 2tablespoons of ground allspice
  • 1/4cup fresh cranberries, rinsed and sorted
  • 1/2cup button or baby bella mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/4cup flour
  • 4cups beef flavoring from the noodles
  1. Heat oil in an electric frying pan set at 350 degrees
  2. Salt and pepper steaks and brown on both sides, for up to 15 minutes
  3. Remove steaks
  4. To make gravy: Mix flour in cold water and add to the oil in the pan
  5. Stir until brown and then add hot water
  6. Mix well
  7. Add onion and all other ingredients
  8. Place steaks back in pan
  9. Cover and simmer for one to one and one-half hours
