Salmon Loaf
  • 1can can sliced peached with juice
  • 1slice Angel Flake coconut, mixed with 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1tablespoon eggs, beaten
  • Chopped butter pecan cake mix
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Put salmon in a bowl, break apart and mash lightly
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well
  3. Spray or lightly butter one-quart baking dish or pan
  4. Bake at 350 degrees 30-40 minutes
