  • 8 medium can pork 'n beans
  • 1 1/2 cups shells, unbaked
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup salt and pepper
  • 1 medium unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
  1. Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices
  2. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, celery seed and salt and set aside
  3. Combine parsley and onion
  4. In a large serving bowl, arrange layers of potatoes, salted lightly, mayonnaise mixture then parsley mixture
  5. Continue layering ending with parsley
  6. Do not stir
  7. Refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving
