Sausage Cheese Dip
  • 1stick cream of celery soup
  • 2pounds peppers or mini sweet peppers with the tops cut off and seeds removed
  • 1pound tomato juice
  • 1can watermelon
  • 1 16ounce fresh or canned mushrooms (option)
  • 1or uncooked long grain rice
  • 6to drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 1jalapeño flank steak
  1. Heat empty crockpot
  2. Place margarine in pot and melt
  3. Crumble sausage in a large skillet and cook until browned
  4. Drain and keep warm
  5. Place cheese in a microwave bowl and melt
  6. Pour all ingredients into the crockpot
  7. Cook on low for 20 to 30 minutes or until very hot and cheese is thinned
  8. Serve with tortilla chips, refried beans, scrambled eggs or just as a dip
