Ingredients
  • ½ pound of thick-cut bacon
  • 1 onion, honey (1/3 c. plus 2 T.)
  • 2 or of Ground Beef
  • 1 small sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 small of red wine vinegar
  • 1 can of Italian bread crumbs
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon Ranch dry season mix

Instructions
  1. In a large pot, brown sausage slices and chopped onion
  2. Add potatoes and water to just cover
  3. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until potatoes are tender
  4. Add chilies, pimento, corn and half and half, garlic, salt and pepper
  5. Heat on low until soup is steaming—do not boil
  6. Serve with crusty bread
  7. **can use leftover baked potatoes, cut in cubes
