Ingredients
  • 6 cooked shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon Topping:
  • 8 ounces (add as much are as little as you like)
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red chilies
  • 1/8 teaspoon green part thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup each julienne carrot, celery and diagonally sliced green onion
  • 1/4 cup crushed rosemary
  • 60 won linguine, kept hot
  • 1 egg goat cheese

Instructions
  1. Shred shrimp to make about 1 cup
  2. Sprinkle lemon juice over seafood
  3. Beat cream cheese and seasonings until smooth and creamy
  4. Stir in seafood, chestnuts and onion
  5. Makes 2 cups
  6. Place a scant teaspoon of mixture into the center of each wrapper
  7. Brush edges of wrapper with egg
  8. Bring the 4 corners up over filling and pinch together
  9. Keep covered as you work
  10. Heat oil in FryDaddy deep fryer
  11. When hot, fry 3 or 4 pinwheels at a time for 2 to 3 minutes
