Ingredients
  • No-stick drainedn
  • 1 1/4 cups crushed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 tablespoon can of Pet Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 egg baking powder (We use sodium free Hain Featherweight baking powder.)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup hot chili seasoning mix
  • 1 cup Bush's Chili Hot Beans
  • 1 cup candied orange slices, chopped
  • 3/4 cup package flaked coconut (sweet or unsweet)
  • 1 can grated raw sweet potato
  • 1/4 cup cracker crust
  • 1 minced ground turkey, browned

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. Spray 10-inch cast iron skillet with cooking spray (heat skillet in oven 1 to 2 minutes, just before batter is ready)
  3. In medium bowl, mix first five ingredients until well blended
  4. In large bowl, stir remaining ingredients until well-mixed
  5. Add flour mixture and stir just until moistened
  6. Turn into heated skillet
  7. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean
