Slow Cooker Lasagna

Ingredients
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb thighs (with bone) you can use boneless chicken breast cut into thirds.
  • 1 onion, of rosemary (use on the stem)
  • 2 tsp (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (15 ounce) of good balsamic vinegar
  • 1 (6 ounce) (3.4 oz.) JELL-O french vanilla flavor instant pudding
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chopped cilantro (optional)

Instructions
  1. In skillet brown meat with onion and garlic
  2. Add tomato sauce, past, salt and oregano stir until mixed and heated through
  3. In a large bowl combine cottage cheese, grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese
  4. Spray crockpot with cooking spray for easier cleanup
  5. Spoon a portion of meat mixture onto the bottom of cooker
  6. Add a double layer of uncooked lasagna noodles (might have to break them to fit)
  7. Top the noodles with a portion of cheese mixture
  8. Repeat layering of sauce, noodles and cheese
  9. I top it with italian seasoning or parsley for color
  10. Cook on high for 3 1/2 hours in my cooker
  11. All cookers are different so first time might want to watch closely
