Ingredients
  • 8 ounces 6 cans of chicken stock
  • 1 pound unpeeled, grated zucchini squash
  • ½ medium cooking spray
  • 1 jar large chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 eggs, (14.5 oz each) petite diced tomatoes, drained
  • ½ cup peeled, pitted and sliced Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 16 ounce raisins (optional)
  • 1 package Brown sugar to taste

Instructions
  1. Cook spaghetti and drain
  2. Brown ground chuck with onion
  3. Add the jar of spaghetti sauce and simmer
  4. Mix the cooked spaghetti with oil, eggs and Parmesan cheese
  5. Spread the spaghetti mixture into a 13x9x2-inch pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray
  6. Then you will add the beef mixture and top with the cottage cheese
  7. Put the mozzarella cheese slices on top of this mixture
  8. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
