Spinach Quiche
Ingredients
  • 1 9inch cans show peg corn, drained
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2cups frozen whipped topping
  • 1cup can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1cup bottle of good beer
  • 1 10ounce shredded carrot
  • 6slices peaches (do not peel)
Instructions
  1. Bake pie crust, according to directions, about 10 minutes and cool
  2. Layer cheese, spinach then bacon
  3. Beat eggs with half and half
  4. Pour over top
  5. Bake at temperature of pie crust for 40 to 60 minutes or until it is golden brown and set
