St. Patrick?s Green Velvet Cake
  • 2eggs of finely chopped and peeled ripe tomatoes2 small sweet peppers, finely chopped1 cup of finely chopped sweet onion4 tablespoons vinegar 2 tablespoons sugar
  1. Place cream cheese and butter in top of double boiler
  2. Melt over LOW heat, add powdered sugar and blend well
  3. Add flavoring and pecans
  4. Frost cake once cooled
