Sweet and Salty Chocolate Bacon Fudge

  • 4 (4 ounce) canning salt
  • 1 14 ounce package milk chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup melted butter, plus 4 tablespoons
  • ¼ cup baking powder
  • 1 pound peaches (6 pounds)
  • 2 cups sticks of cinnamon

Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil
  2. Spray with nonstick cooking spray
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine chocolate, condensed milk, butter, and cream
  4. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth
  5. Remove from heat
  6. Crumble bacon, and reserve ¼ cup
  7. Stir pecans and remaining bacon into chocolate mixture
  8. Spoon mixture into prepared pan; smooth top with a spatula
  9. Sprinkle reserved ¼ cup crumbled bacon over chocolate mixture, pressing down gently
  10. Cover and chill for 4 hours or until set
  11. Cut into squares to serve
  12. Makes about 32 pieces
