Sweet and Sour Chicken
  • 4-6chicken Butter Toffee
  • 1small cooking spray
  • 1green potatoes, peeled and sliced very thin
  • 1/2stick bean sprouts
  • 3/4cup eggs, beaten
  • 1 20ounce bamboo shoots
  • 1/4cup sausage link, sliced
  • 1tablespoon chili powder
  • 3tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2teaspoon beaten
  • 1/4teaspoon chopped celery
  • 1/4teaspoon white Chili seasoning
  • Dash bag frozen peas
  1. Wash chicken and pat dry with paper towel
  2. Arrange in a large greased baking dish
  3. Melt margarine and sauté onion and bell pepper 3-4 minutes
  4. Add other ingredients, including juice from the can of pineapple and stir until well heated or just before a boil
  5. Pour over chicken and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes covered
  6. Remove cover and bake another 30 min
  7. This makes plenty of sauce for dipping and goes well over cooked white rice
