Sweet Potato Croquettes
Ingredients
  • 4large package ready-to-bake refrigerated white chip macadamia nut cookie dough3 eggs1 20-ounce can unsweeten crushed pineapples, well drained1 12-ounce can evaporated milk1
Instructions
  1. Boil potatoes until thoroughly done; drain and peel
  2. Mash until they are smooth
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well
  4. Shape into croquettes and roll into coarse corn flake crumbs
  5. Place in refriger
