Sweet Tomato Jam
  • 1pound reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1/2pound grouper fillets, about 1/2-inch thick
  • 1/2cup INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2teaspoon chocolate chips
  1. In a saucepan, combine tomatoes, sugar and cinnamon
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring often
  3. Reduce heat; cook uncovered 35 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally
  4. Remove from heat, cool
  5. Serve or store covered in refrigerator up to 3 days
  6. Delicious served with cornmeal scones
