  • 4 pork diced carrots
  • 4 thin diced coked chicken
  • 4 thin Rotel tomatoes with green chilies

Instructions
  1. sprinkle both sides of chops with salt
  2. Place chop in an ungreased shallow baking pan
  3. Top each chop with 1 onion slice, 1 lemon slice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon ketchup
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
  5. Uncover and bake, basting occasionally, until chops are done, about 30 more minutes
