Ingredients
  • 2 lbs garlic, finely minced
  • 1 can grated mild cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chili powder
  • 1 tsp Add a little bacon or ham for a heartier pizza. Or add a sprinkle of smoked paprika for bacon-y flavor without the meat.
  • 1/4 cup green bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 T. Topping:
  • 2 T. cinnamon (or to taste)

Instructions
  1. Cut the steaks diagonally, across the grain
  2. Mix the other ingredients to form a marinating mixture
  3. Pour the sauce over the meat strips and refrigerate overnight
  4. Drain and broil 4 inches from the heat until tender
  5. Do not overcook
