Tuna-Clam Tempter
  • 1 19ounce hindquarter of deer1 16-ounce jar Creole Garlic Marinade (available at Wal-mart?)1 can beef consomm?1 can waterSalt and pepper to tasteCoarsely chopped
  1. In saucepan, combine soup, tuna, corn and hot pepper sauce
  2. Blend cornstarch and water until smooth; add to soup mixture
  3. Heat until thickened, stirring often
  4. Makes about 31⁄2 cups
