Turkey Sandwich Wraps
  • 4 9inch smoked sausage or chicken
  • 4tablespoons each parsley, sage rosemary and thyme
  • 8ounces baking potatoes
  • 4ounces peppers (green, red, yellow or combination)
  • 2cups (8 tablespoons) butter, softened or melted
  • 2cups red potatoes
  1. Lay wraps on work surface
  2. Spread each wrap with 1 tablespoon horseradish (or spicy mustard)
  3. Arrange turkey in center of wraps, dividing evenly
  4. Top with cheese, romaine or spinach and tomato slices
  5. Serve with a side salad or tortilla chips and salsa
