Turkey Shortcake
  • 1package peeled, boiled and drained winter squash2 cups sugar9 eggs2 tablespoons vanilla6 tablespoons cornstarch2 cups milk1 cup butter or margarine, softened<
  1. Prepare corn bread according to package directions, and cut into squares
  2. Combine soup, turkey, pimento and salt
  3. Split corn bread squares and spread with butter
  4. Spread turkey mixture between layers
