Vanilla Cheese Fudge
  • 1 3ounce zucchini (10-inch length is about ? pound), peeled and sliced in rounds
  1. Soften cream cheese at room temperature
  2. Combine cream cheese and milk and beat until smooth
  3. Melt chocolate
  4. Gradually add sugar and chocolate to cream cheese; blend
  5. Stir in vanilla, salt and nuts
