Ingredients
  • 3 ounces (add as much are as little as you like)
  • 1 tablespoon carob powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon beef stock
  • 1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted and thawed
  • 1/2 cup can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1/2 cup baguette rounds
  • 1/4 cup carrots, chopped
  • Pastry dried basil, crushed
  • 1 egg goat cheese

Instructions
  1. Soften cream cheese
  2. Beat with honey and spices until smooth
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients except crust and egg white
  4. Makes about 1 1/2 cups
  5. Roll out pastry dough to 1/8-inch thick
  6. Cut 2 3/4 to 3-inch circles, re-rolling as needed
  7. Spoon about 1 teaspoon filling in the center of each circle
  8. Brush edges with egg white fork tines
  9. Heat oil in FryDaddy deep fryer
  10. When hot, fry 2 or 3 dumplings for 2 to 3 minutes, turning to brown on both sides
