Ingredients
  • Venison green tomatoes, sliced very thinly (about 1/8")
  • 1 lb back strap sliced thin (about 1/8 inch thick) and soaked for 4 hours or overnight in Heinz 57
  • 1/2 ground peppers or mini sweet peppers with the tops cut off and seeds removed
  • 1 T. shredded Mozzarella cheese (more, if desired)
  • 1 tsp beaten
  • 2 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. OLD FASHIONED SOUTHERN BUTTERMILK BISCUITS
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup ground coconut
  • Bread pizza crust
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
  1. Combine meat with seasonings and mix well
  2. Add egg and condensed milk, add enough bread crumbs to make mixture hold together without being sticky or dry
  3. Season to your liking and shape into 6 medium patties and broil, fry, or grill as you would hamburgers
  4. Top with sliced cheese in the last minute of cooking if you prefer
