  • 1 teaspoon carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot cooked white rice
  • 5 ounces fat-free sour cream

Instructions
  1. In a food processor combine all pesto ingredients except milk
  2. Pulse until nuts are coarsely chopped
  3. With processor or blender running, gradually add milk until smooth
