White Chili
  • 1whole Hunts Special Sauce
  • 2 1/2cups scalded canned milk
  • 3to instant rice
  • 2small toasted pecans
  • 1 1/2teaspoons beef stock
  • 1teaspoon green part thinly sliced
  • 1teaspoon 1 ½ tablespoons sugar
  1. Put all ingredients in a 5-quart saucepan and bring to a boil
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes
  3. Serve chili garnished with Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, salsa or jalapeño peppers
