White Chocolate Cream Cheese Fudge

  • 2 packages (add as much are as little as you like)
  • 1 16 ounce onions, thinly sliced (use white and green parts of the onions)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons butter
  • 1 package ready-to-serve bacon or 6 strips regular sliced bacon, cooked crisp
  • 1 cup sausage patties

Instructions
  1. Beat cream cheese on medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy
  2. Gradually add sugar, beating well
  3. Add vanilla and melted white chocolate to cream cheese mixture, stirring until blended
  4. Stir in pecans
  5. Spread into a buttered 8-inch square baking dish
  6. Cover and refrigerate
