
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 T butter or margarine, softened
1 pound of white confectionery coating (Almond Bark – Vanilla Flavored)
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter, and butter; mix well. Shape into one inch balls and place on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Chill for thirty minutes or until firm. Meanwhile, melt the white confectionery almond bark in a double boiler or microwave safe bowl. Dip balls and place on waxed paper to harden.
After they are harden, put them in cookie tins. They do not have to go into the refrigerator.
