Cheesecake Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 box Jello Cheesecake Mix Mix according to box (do not prepare crust)
  • 1 can crushed pineapple Drained
  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges Drained
  • 1 8 oz tub Cool-Whip
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes Optional
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans Optional
Instructions
  1. Mix jello cheesecake according to box directions and chill for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Add drained crushed pineapple, drained mandarin oranges, coconut, and pecans.
  3. Fold in Cool Whip and chill for 2 hours.
  4. Enjoy!

*save the graham cracker crust that comes with the Jello cheesecake for another dessert later.
