Ingredients

cup
Stevia

Tablespoon
cornstarch
1/4
cup
2% milk
1
teaspoon
Vanilla Flavoring
8
ounces
plain cream cheese
8
ounces
sugar-free whipped topping (Cool Whip)
1
crust
Oreo Cookie crust
1
cup
peanut butter
Instructions
Mix peanut butter, cream cheese, and milk until smooth.
Mix in sugar mixture (Stevia and cornstarch).
Mix in whipped topping (Cool Whip).
Mix in vanilla flavoring last.
Pour into the pie crust.
Put in the freezer for 20 minutes, then move it to the fridge until it is ready to eat.
Notes
Makes 8 servings, each slice contains 25 grams carbs. Diabetic friendly.
