Peanut Butter Pie

  • 1 chocolate cookie crust
  • 1 1/4 cups nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 TBS coffee creamer, peanut butter or vanilla flavor
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter morsels melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, until it’s all smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  3. Decorate with additional peanut butter morsels, if desired.
  4. Refrigerate 2 hours or overnight, until firm.
  5. Savor the deliciousness!
