Grilled Ranch Chicken

  • 4-6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Olive or vegetable oil
  • Dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
  1. Place 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts on individual sheets of foil.
  2. Sprinkle each side of breast with olive or vegetable oil.
  3. Then sprinkle both sides with dry Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing.
  4. Wrap in foil and grill breasts for 5 minutes on each side. (Or at least 165 degrees F.)

You can keep breasts in Tupperware all week and pull them out as needed for quick weeknight main dishes. They can turn a salad, pita, taco, rice, pasta, etc. into a main dish instantly.
