Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
8 large Idaho potatoes
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream (separated)
1 stick of butter
salt pepper accent
1/2 cup bacon pieces
1/2 cup green onions (chopped)
1/2 cup Shredded cheese
Instructions
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil sprinkle in a little salt.
While water is boiling, wash, peel, and cut potatoes into cubes.
Place cut potatoes into the pot.
Cook until potatoes are fork tender/soft.
Drain thoroughly.
Began to mash potatoes, add milk, butter, sour cream, salt, pepper and accent.
Top with cheese sour cream, bacon pieces and green onions.
